Executive Chef Paleo Collective is an emerging culinary start-up, conceived by self-taught Chef Natalie Pukasemvarangkoon. The Paleo diet helps the body to operate at maximum capacity through its focus on nutrient-dense foods, and facilitates lean and healthy living via vegetables, nuts, seeds and proteins.
Pukasemvarangkoon was born and raised in Thailand and started Paleo Collective aged 24, after graduating from UCLA. Through focus on functional food and holistic healing, she has hosted numerous pop-up dinners, and provided personal chef services to a vast array of health conscious companies and people.
As a company, Paleo Collective's concept is diverse and multi-faceted, but ultimately one that centers around bringing Los Angeles the very best foods and services the Paleo world has to offer.
