The weeks are drawing closer to the LA event of Indulging your senses and as days get marked off the calendar, chefs and restaurants are finalizing their sample choices and awaiting the arrival Indulge LA. Joining Indulge LA as an integral part of the elegant event is Déjà vu Cakes, whose creations are guaranteed to tease the senses with baked fantasies.
“It’s truly an honor to be among so many renowned chefs, sponsors and Brands to collectively support a noteworthy cause,” said Chef Rubina John “I’m blessed to be invited to people’s lives through my cakes and take the opportunity very seriously. I need to wholeheartedly love a cake, before presenting to my client. For me it’s very personal.”
Feeding a culinary inspiration from experience and excitement for past, present and future, John will be bringing her culinary zeal, which began as enjoyment in baking with her mother at a very young age and developed into a passion to create and sculpt edible works of art.
Taking place between the holidays, a holiday essence will still be enduring in the air in the course of the event and to capitalize on its lingering presence, John will be presenting her special holiday center creation along side signature cakes and cupcakes.
“Each creation is like a work of art since we want our clients to savor and cherish the taste and memories for years to come. There are no two cakes alike and each is individually hand sculptured with meticulous preparation, design, best ingredients and most of all; utmost care and love,” said John. “I’m a firm believer in doing the old fashion way using today’s innovative practices. I instill a character into every creation thorough my imagination to meet and exceed customer’s expectation. It’s the delicate balance of traditional baking with today’s fun and upbeat methodologies.”
